Bullying in Schools: Unveiling the Realities and Solutions

Bullying in schools refers to repeated aggressive behavior, typically involving a power imbalance, where one or more individuals intentionally cause harm, discomfort, or fear to another student. This behavior can take various forms, such as physical, verbal, relational, or cyberbullying, and it often occurs repeatedly over time. Bullying can include actions like teasing, spreading rumors, exclusion, physical violence, intimidation, or using technology to harass or demean others. It’s important to address bullying to create safe and supportive learning environments for all students.
